Made with simple ingredients: "00" flour, San Marzano Tomatoes, authentic and natural cheeses, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt - the best foods the world offers. Every ingredient shines and every taste can be distinctively appreciated for its simple beauty.

The traditional Margherita for example; a disc of dough, hand stretched, is slightly covered with fresh San Marzano Tomatoes sauce, fresh mozzarella "Fior di Latte" chunks, , a sprinkle of parmigiano regiano cheese, fresh basil leafs on its surface and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to finish it. It is placed with lots of love inside a brick oven of more than 800 degrees. The crust is cooked in merely seconds and the ingredients instantly caramelize, trapping the incredible flavors .

This is what true Neapolitan pizza is; somethings of beauty, somewhat pretentious, which allow the product to glow.
